Customer Service Attendant Role

Port Macquarie Panthers are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join their team.

We are looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced team environment, working within The Kove, The Tapp, or our Gaming floor. The successful candidate will prioritize our customers and guests, ensuring they have an exceptional experience at our Club.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service to our members and guests at all times;
  • Provide bar service and glass collection;
  • Ensure effective replenishment of food and beverage products;
  • Offer café duties, including barista and drink service, and food preparation;
  • Assist with gaming duties, including service, cash desk, TAB, and Keno;
  • Support functions and events as required;
  • Cash handling and using cash registers;
  • General cleaning duties;
  • Any other operational duties as required by management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry;
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills;
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously;
  • High standard of personal grooming;
  • Ability to work under pressure and problem-solve;
  • Ability and initiative to work efficiently and proactively;
  • RSA/RCG and TAB Corp basics Certificates;
  • A history of accurate and efficient cash handling is essential;
  • Basic computer skills would be advantageous.
