Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell and promote our products to customers, achieving sales targets and providing product knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and maintain a clean and organised store environment.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Process transactions and handle customer complaints in a professional and respectful manner.

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong focus on sales and customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds and cultures.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and peak trading periods.
