Role Overview

As a Residential Support Worker, you will engage directly with individuals diagnosed with Autism and their families, assisting them in achieving their fullest potential. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of daily activities, including community involvement, personal interests, self-care, and household tasks, while empowering them to reach their personal aspirations and live independently.

We are seeking dedicated Full Time Support Workers to contribute positively to the lives of adults residing in our community homes. Our facilities are operational 24/7, with an ongoing roster across various suburbs.

Candidate Profile

Essential Qualifications

  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
  • Full driver's license (No P-plates)

  • Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills
  • Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities

To be part of our organization, you will need to complete necessary clearances, including a Medical, National Police Clearance, and NDIS Workers Screening Check.
