As a Exercise Scientist, you will be responsible for educating and supervising clients in strength training to achieve long-term health outcomes.

Your Role
  • You will conduct 1:1 and group sessions, strength assessments, and movement analysis with clients on the training floor.
  • You will apply scientific concepts such as biomechanics, physiology, sports psychology, and motor control to support clients.
  • You will provide evidence-based advice on health, fitness, well-being, and physical performance.
  • You will develop and implement exercise prescriptions and plans for clients.
  • You will establish, assess, and reassess goals for new and long-term clients.
  • You will guide athletes or clients with fitness goals to achieve peak performance and recover from injury.
  • You will complete a range of administrative duties.
  • You will consistently deliver high-quality service in accordance with Kieser standards.
About You

We are looking for individuals with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Exercise/Sports Science or a related discipline with at least two of the following units completed: Physiology & Anatomy; Biomechanics/Human Movement; Exercise Programming/Prescription.
  • Relevant placement/practicum learning regarding Exercise Prescription.
  • Valid working rights in Australia.
  • First Aid & CPR Certification.
  • Working with Children Check.
  • National Police Check.
  • Desirable: 2+ years relevant work experience, previous private practice experience, and experience with long-term management of client outcomes in a strength training environment.
