Transform Lives as a Membership Consultant

The role of a Membership Consultant is to drive growth and ensure our current members feel supported on their fitness journey.

You'll work closely with the club team to:

  • Generate leads and convert them into memberships
  • Retain current members by promoting our culture and services
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships
  • Assist with marketing efforts and local business engagement

You'll also need to be available to work on Saturdays to maintain our welcoming, clean and vibrant standards.

If considered for the role, you'll need these qualifications:

  • Cert III Fitness + Cert IV Fitness (not required)
  • Working with Children Check
