Role Overview

The position of a Fitness Industry Specialist is centered around driving membership growth and ensuring current members feel supported throughout their fitness journey.

This role involves working closely with the club team to:

  • Identify and pursue new opportunities for membership acquisition
  • Implement strategies to retain current members by promoting our culture and services
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and foster strong relationships
  • Contribute to marketing efforts and local business engagement

A successful candidate will also be available to work on Saturdays to maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and overall club ambiance.

Key Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A passion for health and fitness as a fundamental requirement
  • Gym knowledge would be advantageous
  • A genuine love for our members, mirroring our commitment to providing an exceptional experience
  • Experience in customer-facing roles and basic computer skills would be preferred
