Job Description

About the role

Our Telwater team is currently looking for Fit Out specialists to join the team. These positions are responsible for various fit-out tasks across the section, including foaming, installing floors, wiring dash and consoles, installing navigational equipment, and engine rigging into our boats. If you are willing to learn new skills, show initiative, and enjoy a variety of activities each day, this could be the job for you

These are full-time, permanent roles working 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday (40 hrs/week), or as per operational requirements.

Desired Skills and Experience

Duties Include:

  • Wiring and installing components into boats.
  • Installing accessories as per customer orders.
  • Maintaining high-quality standards in work.
  • Performing general labouring duties and cross-training in other sections where required.

What we are looking for:

  • Show initiative and willingness to learn.
  • Experience with and knowledge of 12V wiring or auto electrical experience is highly regarded.
  • Reliability with excellent attendance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good hand and power tool knowledge and experience.
  • Own reliable transport and a Driver's License.
  • Full Australian working rights.
  • Attention to detail and pride in work quality.
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills within our boat-building operations.
