Job Opportunity

Diverse and interesting work across the HR life cycle is available for a dedicated professional.

  • Manage employee relations, providing advice to management and employees, preparing employment contracts, ensuring compliance, and facilitating resolution of issues.
  • Lead recruitment and selection activities, managing the process end-to-end in partnership with managers.
  • Drive HR driven employee engagement initiatives and ensure a wellbeing focus to reinforce a positive workplace culture.
  • Manage the performance appraisal process and support managers with remuneration reviews.
  • Develop and manage the learning and development plan.
  • Oversee the payroll and timesheet process on a fortnightly basis.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Prior experience in a generalist role and relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • Sound knowledge of modern award based remuneration, legislation, and preparation of contracts/variations.
  • Full process recruitment skills from attraction to onboarding.
  • Expertise in framing and rolling out contemporary performance management and review processes.
  • Payroll and HRIS management experience.
  • A positive attitude and enthusiasm to build trusting relationships across the business.
