We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our KinCare team in Newcastle as an Aged and Disability Support Professional. As a Care Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our customers, providing them with the support and care they need to live independently at home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry
  • Assisting with meal preparation and shopping
  • Offering social support and transport to lifestyle activities

Requirements:

  • You care about assisting our aged community so they can live independently at home for longer.
  • You have a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle - travel is part of the role.
  • You're available to work at least 3 days - Monday to Friday. No night or weekend work here.
  • You're comfortable working independently and finding solutions to everyday problems, knowing when to ask your Manager for help.

What's Next?
