Job Description

This role involves providing individualized support to our client, enabling them to live a fulfilling life while achieving their goals and outcomes. You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the client's daily routine, including personal care and domestic tasks

  • Collaborating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of Certificate III in Individual Support or relevant industry/personal experience

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and evenings
