**About the role**

If you are a Senior Social Worker with experience in safeguarding and providing clinical leadership to early career Social Workers, and are seeking your next challenge, we want to hear from you

The Clinical Lead -Social Work will be responsible for developing and maintaining clinical integrity of all Autism SA Social Work services and supports by providing clinical supervision and guidance to the Social Work team. The Clinical Lead will also provide expert advice & facilitate professional development workshops to internal & external stakeholders in the field of quality organisation-wide Safeguarding Practices.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Tertiary qualifications in Social Work and current professional membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
- Demonstrated strong knowledge and practical experience providing advice on safeguarding practices.
- Demonstrated experience in consultancy in the field of disabilities and working collaboratively with families and services providers.
- Experience working directly with autistic people and knowledge of a wide range of assessment and intervention options.
- Satisfactory DHS Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, and National Police Check
- All mandated doses of COVID-19 vaccinations
