Disability Support Worker Role

The role of a Disability Support Worker is vital in empowering children with autism to reach their individual developmental milestones. It requires a dedicated and passionate team of professionals who can provide exceptional care and support.

About This Position

We are seeking individuals who possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, are able to think critically and solve problems, and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be required to work closely with our Team Leader and Primary Carer to ensure that each child receives the best possible care and support.

  • Current DCSI Child-Related, Vulnerable Person, Disability Services Clearances
  • RAN (Reporting Abuse and Neglect) Certificate
  • NDIS Worker Check
  • NDIS Induction & Orientation Modules
  • Covid Infection Control Training
  • First Aid with CPR
