Family Violence and Child Safety Program Coordinator Specialist

Austin Health is a leading provider of tertiary health services, health professional education, and research in Melbourne.
We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Family Violence and Child Safe Program Coordinator to join our team on a fixed term, part-time basis (24-32 hours per week) until 30 June 2025.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and reporting activities related to key Austin Health priorities in the areas of Family Violence and Child Safety.
This role involves working closely with staff to develop and share resources, increase skills and confidence, and build hospital capacity to better respond to family violence and child safety concerns.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have strong project management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously.
You'll also need to be self-motivated, able to develop and foster collaborative working arrangements, and have high-level interpersonal skills that promote team development and engagement.
