Senior Customer Success Consultant

We are a highly regarded enterprise-grade ERP company, committed to delivering tailored solutions that drive customer success. Our clients are large, complex organisations, and we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional scoping, implementation, and ongoing support.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success Consultant to join our leadership team. You will manage and deliver key scoping and implementation projects for large, complex customers, ensuring successful execution and ongoing customer satisfaction. This role combines hands-on project delivery with a focus on continuous improvement and strategic leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer success from scoping through implementation and ongoing service.
  • Lead scoping workshops, develop custom implementation plans, and oversee large/complex implementations.
  • Identify and drive process improvements for scoping and implementation projects.
  • Ensure proper contracts are in place and negotiate scope variations as needed.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships, seeking upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in customer success or project management, focusing on large, complex implementations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong project scoping, budgeting, and process improvement abilities.
