We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing companionship and assistance to older adults in their own homes.

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

- Providing emotional support and companionship to our clients

- Assisting with daily living activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care

- Travelling with clients in your car and working independently

- Engaging in friendly conversations and meaningful interactions

- Ensuring the safety and comfort of our clients

- Reporting any changes or concerns to your supervisor

What We Are Looking For

- A genuine love for older people and a commitment to their well-being

- Strong communication skills and a passion for engaging in friendly conversations

- A caring and compassionate nature

- Flexibility and the ability to work on a part-time basis

Requirements

- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification

- Availability between Monday-Friday 7am - 6pm

- Reliable vehicle and driver's licence
