Job Summary:

As a dedicated support worker, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and assistance to individuals with disabilities. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact and create lasting connections with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support services and direct care to individuals with disabilities
  • Support clients in community participation programs and activities
  • Document accurate incident reports, progress notes, and shift handovers
  • Assist with daily living tasks, personal care, and domestic activities
  • Perform manual handling tasks, including hoist transfers and medication assistance
  • Prepare meals and maintain records of client progress

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Skills in supporting participants to achieve social and self-care goals
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Certificate III in Individual Supports or equivalent qualification
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • NDIS Worker Screening check and Working With Children's Check (or willingness to obtain)
