Imaging Leadership Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Radiographer to take on a leadership position and oversee daily operational services at our site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality and efficient imaging services by overseeing daily operations
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to staff, including management responsibilities
  • Manage resources, including staff, to contribute to site and regional KPIs
  • Implement directives from State/National level to enhance operational efficiency
  • Administer and manage clerical tasks, including IT systems
  • Promote people management best practices, including recruiting, selecting, training, and performance reviews

The successful candidate will have experience across CT, X-ray, Dental, and Bone Density modalities, with previous management experience being advantageous. A QLD Radiation License and AHPRA are also required.
