We are seeking an experienced Compliance Head to lead our team of legal and compliance professionals in Australia. As a strategic leader, you will provide guidance, training, and motivation to develop employees while defining and implementing a compliance risk management framework.

In this role, you will direct compliance activities, oversee investigations, and partner with senior business leaders to ensure regulatory requirements are met. You will also lead the development of compliance policies and procedures, drive corrective action plans, and set standards for operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have at least eight years of related work experience, including five years in compliance, with supervisory regulatory experience in financial services or related industries being preferred. They will possess effective leadership skills, a pragmatic mindset, and commercial acumen.
