Lead Educator Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designs and implements educational programs tailored to meet the diverse needs of children aged 0-6 years.
  • Coordinates with educators to ensure consistency and continuity in program delivery.
  • Monitors and reports on children's progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for support.
  • Collaborates with colleagues to plan and deliver professional development opportunities.

Required Qualifications:
  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
  • Current Queensland Blue Card.
  • Passion for promoting healthy lifestyles and good nutrition for children.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with families and colleagues.
