Youth Program Leader

We are seeking a skilled Program Facilitator to work with young people aged 14-17 who are at risk of disengagement, disability, or have faced barriers in traditional education.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students and contribute to their personal growth and development.
About the Role:- Provide one-on-one and small group mentoring in a structured learning environment.
- Support students to build interpersonal skills, confidence, and independence.
- Serve as a positive role model through consistent engagement and encouragement.
- Assist with student participation and classroom support, in partnership with facilitators.
- Foster a calm, respectful and safe learning environment.
- Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to promote wellbeing and educational outcomes.
- Have experience in youth work, mentoring, education, or community services.
- Are confident engaging with young people from diverse and complex backgrounds.
- Bring a calm, patient and strengths-based approach to your work.
- Thrive in a collaborative team and school-like environment.
- Communicate clearly and know how to build trust with young people.
Requirements include a Blue Card (Working with Children), NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain), and a Valid QLD Driver's Licence. Desirable qualifications include experience working with young people with disability or neurodivergence and tertiary qualifications in youth work, community services or education.
