We're seeking an experienced Australian Citizen for a key role within a leading Federal Government agency. This is an immediate start opportunity with a contract term of 12 months, based in Sydney, AU.

Job Summary:

The MHR Registration Support Officer will report directly to the Senior Project Manager, responsible for assisting aged care service providers register for the My Health Record system. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the Project Manager to analyze initial data and identify RACF and MPS provider scope/lists.
  • Liaising with Aged Care Service Providers (RACFs and MPSs) to register their organisations with the My Health Record System (MHR).
  • Supporting queries on the MHR Registration process from Aged Care Service Providers.
  • Performing data analysis using tools like MS Excel.
  • Providing education on the value proposition of MHR to Aged Care providers.
  • Updating Aged Care provider data in customer relationship management tool (CRM).
  • Developing effective working relationships with Program/Project teams.
