About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive exceptional experiences that inspire staff to connect and collaborate.

The successful candidate will work closely with our leadership team to deliver world-class experiences that meet the evolving needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive global principles and experience programs across multiple offices.
  • Maintain regional identity while aligning with global standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure consistently high levels of engagement.
  • Serve as the face and ambassador for Workplace Experience in your region.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 3+ years of experience delivering workplace experience, events, and activations.
  • 1-2 years of experience working in a distributed environment and servicing remote and hybrid ways of working.
  • Experience working with distributed leadership teams across varying time zones.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budget tracking and contract quality assurance.
  • A proven ability to foster a culture of idea-sharing and involve diverse stakeholders.
  • An analytical mindset, with the ability to identify and analyze experiential systems and apply systems tools effectively.
