Strategic Philanthropy Leader

We are seeking a strategic relationship-builder to lead our Trusts and Foundations program. The successful candidate will have a passion for purpose-driven philanthropy and be able to build trust with high-net-worth individuals, intermediaries, and stakeholders.
The Role
This is a rare opportunity to take the lead on building our Trusts and Foundations program. As Manager, you will:
- Develop and implement a national strategy to secure philanthropic funding from Public and Private Ancillary Funds.
- Cultivate and manage a national portfolio of philanthropic partners and intermediary funders.
- Develop high-quality proposals that align with funder priorities and our mission.
- Coordinate the full donor lifecycle, from cultivation to acquittal and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of funders and intermediaries.
- Represent us at events, meetings, and immersion experiences.
- Leverage data, sector trends, and internal insights to identify new funding opportunities.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (philanthropy, communications, business).
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience working in Trusts and Foundations fundraising.
- Proven success in writing and managing successful grant submissions.
