Are you a driven individual looking to make a positive impact on the lives of international students? We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Accommodation Coordinator to join our team at our South Brisbane Campus.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with host families and students.
- You will be responsible for recruiting local hosts to accommodate international students, working closely with the Host Family team to ensure that homestay visits and recruitment are running smoothly.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and supporting the well-being of international students.
Key Responsibilities- Create successful matches between students and prospective host families, taking into account their individual needs and preferences.
- Recruit host families in accordance with our policies and procedures, ensuring that they meet the necessary criteria.
- Provide outstanding customer care support to host families and international students, responding promptly to their queries and concerns.
- Visit prospective hosts to determine their suitability, assessing their homes and meeting their family members.
- Track weekly recruitment statistics, working closely with the Accommodation Team and School Director to achieve targets.
- Ensure a high level of customer support service to host families and international students, resolving any issues or complaints efficiently.
- Process and maintain accurate records of homestay providers, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and secure.
- Share emergency on-call duties with other school staff, being available to provide support and assistance as needed.
