Job Title: Accommodation Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Accommodation Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for creating successful matches between students and prospective host families.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and be able to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting host families in accordance with our policies and plans
  • Creating successful matches between students and prospective host families
  • Providing excellent customer care to host families and international students

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly developed customer service focus and a positive attitude
  • Appreciation of international cultures
  • Creative problem solving and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Complete fluency in English
  • Driving License is desirable but not essential
