About This Role

This is an excellent opportunity to grow into a larger role having exposure in a large EPCM environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include taking care of various projects and tasks; the successful candidate will be able to prioritise deadlines efficiently.

A minimum of 3 years' working experience in an Administration position is required. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is essential. You should also have knowledge of administrative systems and procedures, and proficiency with office technology.

As a Project Coordination Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Senior Project Administrator with all-round administrational support.
  • Compiling reports, presentations, and other project documentation as required.
  • Scheduling and organising external and internal meetings, document and disseminate detailed meeting minutes.
  • Mobilisation assistance including arranging inductions, flights, training, medicals, and accommodation.
  • Other general administration including accounts and credit card reconciliation as required.

Our estimated salary for this role is AU$70,000 - AU$90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
