Senior Guest Services Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Guest Services Associate to join our team. As a key member of the Guest Relations Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless guest arrivals and exceptional service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing all guest arrivals, providing support to the Reception and Switchboard teams, and coordinating logistics as needed.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage guest arrivals and lobby hosting to ensure a seamless arrival experience
  • Provide support to the Reception and Switchboard teams, including complaint handling and feedback management
  • Coordinate logistics, including catering, audio visual, and equipment requirements
  • Manage bookings and reservations, including cancellations and amendments
  • Support the Guest Relations Executive with administrative duties and project work
  • Provide leadership support in the absence of the Guest Relations Executive/Manager
Requirements:
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in a corporate or five-star hotel environment or event management
  • Administrative skills, including proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Zoom, Excel, and Outlook
