Our Front Office All Rounder role is designed to provide a seamless and efficient experience for our guests during their stay. Key responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, maintaining accurate guest accounts, and ensuring the security and safety of our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and courteous responses to guest requests, exceeding expectations whenever possible.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest charges, ensuring all transactions are completed on time.
  • Manage incoming calls via the switchboard with professionalism and courtesy, addressing each inquiry with care.
  • Adhere to strict security procedures at all times, safeguarding guest confidentiality and safety.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a front office, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
  • Proven ability to surprise and delight our guests through personalized service.
  • Confidence in initiating conversations with guests and colleagues alike.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to meet business needs.
  • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, essential for effective collaboration.
  • A valid manual driver's license is preferred for certain roles.
