**Join Our Team as a Guest Experience Officer**

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Guest Experience Officer to join our team at the Kurri Kurri Aquatic and Fitness Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our members and visitors.

As a Guest Experience Officer, you will provide assistance with membership sales, promotions, and customer bookings. You will also be responsible for maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers, both in person and over the telephone
  • Assist with membership sales and promotions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Develop and maintain good working relations with customers and colleagues

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Positive, friendly, helpful, and energetic work style
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with software packages
  • Experience in the leisure industry is desirable
  • Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2)
  • Current CPR Certificate
  • Current Blue Card
