We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to drive strategic analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design across key business initiatives. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct business analysis to define and communicate requirements and improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities and delivery with business goals.
  • Design and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain process, policy, workflow, and report documentation.
  • Provide insights and data-driven recommendations on business metrics.
  • Facilitate meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions.
  • Support change management for smooth implementation of new processes.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping.
  • Skilled in data analysis and using project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and SQL or other data analysis tools.
  • Stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Adaptability to changing business needs and environments.
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and dedication to quality.
