Job Overview

As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering technical services and expertise to clients worldwide. Your primary goal will be to successfully implement Enterprise Imaging Solutions in radiology practices.

This involves evaluating client needs, developing configurations, testing and troubleshooting system setups, and facilitating smooth system go-lives. You will need to liaise with clients to determine system configuration requirements, oversee project outcomes, identify opportunities for workflow optimization, and configure and test software.

Key aspects of this role include:

  • Liaising with clients to determine system configuration needs
  • Overseeing project results
  • Identifying opportunities to optimize imaging workflows
  • Configuring and testing software
  • Setting up communications between servers and devices
  • Verifying hardware setup and network connectivity
Required Skills and Qualifications

Successful candidates will possess strong technical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Experience with HL7, Linux, Windows Server, SQL databases, RIS, PACS, and medical imaging equipment is highly desirable.
