We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Program Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting at-risk and vulnerable community members with external support service providers.

">Main Responsibilities">

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and conduct research to inform the development of policies, strategies, procedures, and practices related to police referrals.">
  • Coordinate and gather information from a network of district-based referral coordinators to investigate policing outcomes and develop strategies to reduce reoffences and revictimization.">
  • Prepare and present submissions, reports, and other correspondence to management, providing recommendations on matters relating to police referrals.">
  • Develop and maintain effective networks and communication channels with internal and external clients and stakeholders, representing the organization in various forums.">
  • Lead and manage the program team in delivering quality advice and promoting a healthy, safe, and inclusive workplace culture.">
