The Opportunity: Orthopaedics Post-Doctoral Researcher


We are seeking an experienced Post-Doctoral Researcher to join our team as an Orthopaedics Post-Doctoral Researcher. The successful candidate will be involved in leading research within the Orthopaedic Research Group under senior mentorship.


Key responsibilities include:



  • Assist in leading research within the Orthopaedic Research Group under senior mentorship.
  • Oversee research projects and governance, collaborating with the Clinical Research Coordinator.
  • Work closely with clinicians to plan, execute, and deliver impactful clinical research.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a team passionate about making a positive impact on child health.



Your Responsibilities


We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in research and experience in leading research projects.


Key qualifications and skills include:



  • Relevant PhD/Doctoral qualification and relevant postdoctoral experience.
  • Evidence of postdoctoral research outputs and impact as evidenced by publication records (including first or senior author papers), conference attendance.
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated relevant computer skills and an understanding of a range of research methodologies and their application in empirical research.
  • Experience in knowledge sharing, development, mentoring, and support of employees and students.
