Supply Chain Manager Role Overview

This Australian eco-essentials brand designs apparel and leisurewear using ethical and low-impact practices, offering a conscious alternative to everyday essentials and promoting a more mindful wardrobe.

We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end supply chain – from global factory relationships and production planning through to logistics and 3PL partnerships – ensuring operational excellence and supporting the brand's continued growth.

The successful candidate will manage two Coordinators and partner closely with internal stakeholders to drive seamless coordination across suppliers, freight providers, and warehouses. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the critical path to ensure all stakeholders are accountable for key deadlines.
  • Leveraging risk management initiatives, including alternative sourcing.
  • Maintaining ownership of FOB and landed cost management.

The Supply Chain Manager will also be responsible for managing all inbound logistics, freight, and 3PL relationships, ensuring cost-effective shipping and resolving stock variances in collaboration with factories and 3PL partners. Additionally, they will drive continuous improvement initiatives across logistics operations and oversee reverse logistics and global stock transfers between 3PL locations.
