Sustainability Professional

As a seasoned Sustainability professional, you will be instrumental in driving environmental initiatives and formulating strategic plans to achieve innovative solutions. This role is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop, drive, and implement Bolloré Logistics Pacific's Sustainability Roadmap.
This includes designing and deploying cutting-edge solutions to achieve sustainability goals through partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including startups, SMEs, government agencies, and local players.
You will work closely with all functions and Senior Management (Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office) to implement governance, best practices, and frameworks across operations.
Key responsibilities include accelerating transformations through Sustainability Reporting and leveraging data, driving sustainability development by empowering staff with relevant training, processes, and tools, and advising Senior Management on sustainability trends, regulations, and innovations.
Additionally, you will represent the company externally and in media by advocating sustainability and championing environmentally responsible business practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications">- Tertiary education in Environment, Sustainability, Business, or relevant disciplines.
- Proven experience in Environmental Sustainability or related work, with a minimum of five years in a similar role.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and networking skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinking and change management expertise, with the ability to drive innovation and lead organizational transformation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
- Experience in identifying customer needs and developing action plans to meet those needs.
