Job Overview

The Plant Site Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the plant and its associated equipment.

  • Accountable for site compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Oversees all work on the site, including coordination of contractors, to achieve KPIs and site objectives.
  • Manages site costs, planning, and supervision of site maintenance activities.
  • Reports on site compliance and production data.

Key responsibilities include supporting plant reliability and improvement initiatives, monitoring and assisting the Remote Operations Centre (ROC) in plant operations, including plant shutdown and restart.

This position requires after-hours on-call duties in the event of plant operational issues or emergency response scenarios.
