Job Summary:

The Lead Purchasing Clerk will be responsible for handling the purchasing process, managing inventory needs, and maintaining records and payments.

Responsibilities:

  • Handles the purchasing process: Creates purchase orders, tracks orders from start to finish, and follows company rules.
  • Manages inventory needs: Keeps an eye on stock levels, orders supplies when needed, and helps manage outdated items.
  • Maintains records and payments: Keeps purchase records up to date, pays invoices on time, and prepares reports as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
