We are seeking a diligent and meticulous Indirect Purchaser to join our supply chain team in Sydney. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract where your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of indirect purchasing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain accurate vendor profiles in SAP for indirect spend categories
  • Convert purchase requisitions into precise purchase orders
  • Update supplier acknowledgements and delivery schedules
  • Resolve supplier issues including invoice variances, returns, and quality concerns
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure efficient procurement processes
About You
  • Prior experience using SAP in a purchasing or procurement role is essential
  • You should possess strong analytical skills and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in a supply chain or operations environment is preferred
  • You should have excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to work independently, manage change, and prioritize effectively
  • You should be customer-focused with a commitment to continuous improvement
