Administrative Support Specialist

RSM offers a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development. As a Senior Administration Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our team, including proposal preparation, scheduling meetings, and minute taking.
  • Manage our billing system, including preparing bills and creating new staff profiles.
  • Coordinate client vendor set up and process partner expenses.
  • Support the onboarding of new team members and facilitate the completion of police clearances.
  • Assist with the setup and conduct of RSM-specific marketing events.
  • Manage our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, including entry of opportunity/contact entries and monitoring of client website enquiries.
  • Arrange team social functions and provide informal training to staff on key applications.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Technical confidence on a PC and using web-based applications.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Certificate in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office packages.
