Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Aquatic Programs Manager to lead the development and progression of our squad program.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating training plans that cater to swimmers of all ages and abilities, working closely with instructors to achieve program goals.

  • Develop and implement training plans that show progressive improvements for swimmers through levels.
  • Lead a team of instructors to develop the program and pathway from Swimming and Water Safety programs.
  • Effectively communicate and interact with students of diverse backgrounds and needs.
  • Monitor progression of swimmers through the squad program and identify talented individuals.
  • Ensure all swimming activities are conducted in a safe and controlled environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Teacher of Competitive Swimming / Competitive Strokes qualification.
  • Bronze level qualification (desired).
  • Current First Aid Certificate.
  • Current CPR Certificate.
  • Valid Working with Children Check.
  • National Police Check.
