Job Title: Aquatic Fitness Instructors

We are seeking experienced and certified group fitness instructors to lead AQUA &/or REFORMER PILATES classes at our state-of-the-art aquatic complex.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach high-energy AQUA and REFORMER PILATES classes for members of all ages and skill levels
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote physical fitness and well-being
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all members
  • Maintain a safe and clean teaching environment at all times

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Fitness, Fitness Leaders Course, Exercise to Music Module or Group Exercise Leader Les Mills (GEL) qualification
  • Relevant Program Certification (e.g., Aqua Aerobics, Reformer Pilates)
  • Current fitness registration with AusActive or Physical Activity Australia
  • Current Senior First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate
  • Working with Children's Check and willingness to undergo police check as part of the employment process
