We are seeking passionate and experienced Fitness Program Coordinators to join our team at the Bundaberg Aquatic Centre. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fitness programs that meet the diverse needs of our members.

The successful candidates will have a demonstrated commitment to customer service and excellent communication skills. They will also possess relevant qualifications and certifications in group fitness instruction, such as Certificate III in Fitness or Exercise to Music Module.

  • Deliver high-quality fitness programs that meet the diverse needs of our members

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new program initiatives
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Fitness or Exercise to Music Module
  • Relevant program certification (e.g., Aqua Aerobics, Reformer Pilates)
  • Current fitness registration with AusActive or Physical Activity Australia
  • Current Senior First Aid Certificate
  • Current CPR Certificate
  • Working with Children's Check
  • Agree to undergo police check as part of the employment process
