Job Description

As a Property Manager at McGrath Estate Agents - Lithgow, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with our tenants and landlords. You will also be responsible for growing the number and quality of properties under management while continuing to provide the best level of service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing personalized and friendly customer service to landlords and tenants
  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs
  • Managing rent arrears and tribunal applications
  • Conducting in-going, routine, and final inspections
  • Managing lease renewals and conducting rent reviews

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a keen interest in Real Estate and a passion for quality customer service. A current NSW Drivers Licence is essential (Provisional or higher). While previous experience and a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration would be highly regarded, we are also open to offering a Traineeship for the right candidate.

What We Offer

We can offer an attractive remuneration package aligned with the skills and experience you bring to the role. This includes a competitive salary, ranging between $40,000-$60,000 per annum based on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
