Job Title: HR Advisor

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing strategic guidance and support to leaders across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality HR services, with a focus on partnership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with managers to deliver consistent and practical HR support
  • Lead or support change management initiatives to align business processes and cultures
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
  • Coordinate performance and salary review processes, and provide advice on employee relations matters
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives
  • Contribute to the alignment and improvement of HR policies, procedures, and templates
  • Prepare HR metrics, workforce data, and reporting to support strategic and operational decision making
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a generalist HR or advisory role
  • Demonstrated experience supporting organizational change or culture alignment projects
  • Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and core HR processes
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • HR qualifications or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience using Employment Hero or similar HRIS systems desirable but not essential
