The Senior HR Business Partner at Amplar Health Home Hospital reports directly to the Head of HR and will play a key role in delivering a full range of HR services across our programs. As part of a small collaborative HR team this role balances strategic contribution with day-to-day operational delivery, partnering with leaders and staff across multiple programs, you will be influential in driving engagement, capability and further strengthening our culture.
Your opportunity
This full-time opportunity based in our Eastwood office, will influence both the strategic and operational areas of HR, in addition to:
Support the Head of HR to deliver the strategy and key workforce initiatives.
Partner with leaders to deliver people strategies.
Provide expert guidance on employee relations, dispute resolution and compliance.
Design and implement organisational development programs including leadership development, succession planning and change management.
Analyse workforce data to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvements.
Working closely with the Head of HR Manager to coach, mentor and develop HR team members.
Champion diversity, inclusion and employee engagement initiatives.
You will bring:
Significant proven experience in a Senior HR role within a complex multidisciplinary environment.
Demonstrated success in leading organisational development initiatives.
Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and industrial relations framework.
Strategic mindset and hands-on capability
Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Relevant qualifications in HR, IR and / or organisation development.
Hold a South Australian Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance (or are willing and eligible to obtain).
If successful, willing and able to provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations.
