About the Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to join our Talent Acquisition Team at Tideri Jobbörse.

This role provides administrative support to a medium-sized team and is a key touch point for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

The successful candidate will support day-to-day recruitment activities, including booking interviews and medicals, maintaining data and candidate files, and coordinating travel and accommodation for candidates relocating domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities include:

  • Booking interviews and medicals
  • Maintaining data and candidate files in various systems
  • Coordinating travel and accommodation for candidates relocating domestically and internationally
  • Assisting with candidate onboarding
  • Assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks

About You

We are looking for someone with outstanding attention to detail, the ability to problem solve and escalate items where appropriate, and a professional and solutions-focused mindset.

The ideal candidate will have proven ability to prioritise tasks based on impact and meet deadlines, as well as being resourceful and able to absorb new information.
