Drive Growth and Talent Pipeline Development

Laser Clinics Group is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our North Sydney office. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering an ambitious network growth project, focusing on high-volume recruitment into our clinics across New Zealand.

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be responsible for coordinating all hiring requests, aligning sourcing strategies, and developing a pipeline of talent on recruitment platforms. You will also work closely with the field team to source staff for new clinics, screen applicant resumes, and conduct interviews with hiring managers and shortlisted candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all hiring requests and align sourcing strategies in franchise and corporate clinics for our NZ market.
  • Post advertisements to job boards and recruitment platforms.
  • Conduct interviews with candidates and coordinate the offer process.
  • Develop a pipeline of talent on recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Premium Talent Search (PTS), and Indeed.
  • Work with the field team to source staff for new clinics.
  • Screen applicant resumes and phone screen applicants.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and shortlisted candidates.
  • Conduct reference checks and coordinate the offer process in consultation with the hiring manager.
  • Coordinate employment contracts with the HR team.

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • High-volume recruitment experience, either in agency or internal.
  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by working with ambitious targets.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and written and verbal communication capability.
  • Experience using recruitment systems and job boards.
  • Experience working in the aesthetics, beauty, or retail industry (preferred but not essential).
