About Goodstart Eimeo, a leading early learning centre located in the beautiful Northern Beaches of Queensland, we offer a unique opportunity for an experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team.
As a valued member of our team, you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of young children and their families. Our play-based curriculum is designed to stimulate learning and development, while our supportive environment encourages collaboration and growth.
The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, as well as a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent). We are committed to providing ongoing training and professional development opportunities to ensure your skills and knowledge remain up-to-date.
In return for your expertise, you can expect a competitive salary of $62,000 - $73,000 per annum, plus benefits such as 50% discount on childcare gap fees and six weeks paid parental leave. You will also be entitled to two wellbeing days included in your personal leave per year and additional leave options for greater work-life balance.
