We are seeking a highly skilled Safety Advisor to join our team at Randstad. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project teams and contractors to implement our HSE software platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a culture of continuous learning and improvement in health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.
  • Work closely with management and project teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees and contractors on safety and environmental responsibilities.
  • Assist in reviewing and analyzing data and reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of internal HSE training programs.
  • Assist in investigating and resolving workplace incidents.
  • Maintain accurate records and documents related to health, safety, and environmental matters.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in OHS or similar field.
  • Full driver's license and ability to use company vehicles.
  • Knowledge and experience in OHS requirements for high-risk construction.
  • Experience in fit-out or commercial construction.
  • Experience in training, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks.
