- Work closely with management and project teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Provide expert advice and support on safety and environmental matters, including documentation and record-keeping.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of internal HSE training programs and manage external training partnerships.
- Investigate and report on workplace incidents, ensuring effective corrective actions are taken.
- Maintain accurate records and documents related to health, safety, and environmental matters.
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or equivalent.
- Full driver's license and ability to use company vehicles.
- Knowledge of OHS requirements for high-risk construction projects.
- Experience in fit-out or commercial construction.
- Training, coaching, and mentoring experience, preferably in EHS.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build effective working relationships and coordinate multiple tasks.
